Alicante, Spain - Street Scenes

Alicante is a nice walking city with plenty of shopping districts and cafes.

Wonder who gets the table in the middle of the walkway?  It's in the shade, so it might be ideal.

The smaller streets are pedestrian only walkways, lined with shops.  This one had a nice surface and easy to walk on.

We were in the city before lunch, but the cafe owners were ready for the midday meal crowd.  I also saw a lot of the "sunglass vendors" as we walked.

Perhaps you would rather have something to take home for dinner?  Fresh from the sea to you!

This smaller passageway was a cobblestone street.

Maybe someone slept in just a little too late and didn't put the lunch tables and chairs out for the lunch crowd?

Nice shots. I like the street scenes to get a feel of what it would be like to be there just walking around.
