MS Swiss Ruby - Prague - Welcome to Dinner
The last dinner for the river cruise. I'm holding back the tears. I will need to get much better at cooking since I am used to these meals.

| Main Course: Braised Duckling Duckling leg seasoned and then braised in jus until fork tender, served with a ginger orange sauce, accompanied by creamy polenta and garden vegetables. |
