Potato Cream Soup
served with bacon and marjoram


German Style Buffet
Thuringer Bratwurst, Kasseler, white sausages, Numberger sausages,
Leberkase, Sauerkraut and brat potatoes, oven roast suckling pig leg,
blood sausages, Leberwurst, Laugenbrezeln, Lowensenf and sweet mustard.
Potato salad, Tomatoe salad, Leek-Ham salad, Krautsalat
Not all things are shown on my plate.

Kaiserschmarr'n
served with plum sauce.
What ever this means, it was very good.
