MS Swiss Ruby - Torgau - Welcome to Dinner

Roast Beef asparagus roll
served with aioli sauce



 Next was a Wild Mushroom Veloute, served with parsley foam.  I forgot to take a picture. Sorry!

Strudel of Salmon
Wrapped in puff pastry
Served on Ruccola Risotto and a Champagne-Hollandaise sauce

Lemon Sorbet
with Vodka and Sprite

Grilled Veal Ribeye
Veal Rib eye grilled to a perfect medium
served with a whiskey-peppercorn sauce,
accompanied by grilled potatoes
and garden vegetables.
