MS Swiss Ruby - Wittenburg - Welcome to Lunch

Technically, a buffet lunch...but this was...again...another wonderful lunch.  We ate before we journeyed out on our tours.

Turkey Consomme
served with lentils, vegetables, and pumpkin oil

Garden salad, tomato cucumber salad, reddish salad,
chicken curry pineapple salad


Plus European cheese selection, local flavors, traditional condiments, green salad, fresh fruit.

If the buffet wasn't enough, you could order from the menu: Konigsberger Klopse - Poached meat balls served with a creamy capers sauce and parsley potato.

Dessert was Yoghurt cake a la IVAN (the sous chef)
served with fruit cocktail
