Well, another busy busy day.  It's 9:46 PM and we just walked in from a great dinner at "Mimi & Coco's".  I'll try to post.

A great art exhibit with tons of Van Goghs...no photos...didn't even sneak one.

Just found out some interesting information about the Design of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

The design of the arch by Jean Chalgrin is based on the Arch of Titus in Rome. The Arc de Triomphe is much higher (50m versus 15m), but it has exactly the same proportions.
