Made it back to Phoenix. Just need to pickup my car and drive the short distance home to a nice hot shower and clean clothes and hair. Ahhhh, what a wonderful trip.

Great trip and great experience for you. Well worth all of your hard effort. I'm sure you'll be benefiting from this experience in years to come. Way to succeed! Ginan
I just took the photos, many many photos, so that I would have them to look at when I returned home and could research this building. The Passion Facade is quite a work of art so scroll through the photos and take it all in. I put a description at the end of the post so that you could experience my experience. Look, look, look, read about it, then return to the photos to look with new eyes. Center statues are "Peter's Denial". The three women on the left represent the three times of the denial. "The Rooster", to the left of the women, looks towards dawn.
The tour continues from the Pyramid of Cestius in the last post, past the House of Augustus, Circus Maximus and on to Forum Boarium with its Tritones Fountain. Add in a little "current local scenery" and this was another interesting section of Rome.
