Chateau de Marouatte, Grand-Brassac, Dordogne - Sunday Dinner

Appetizer-salmon cake with caviar, cucumber tomatoes lettuce salad with mini pancakes. 

Main course-Duck Sheppard's Pie, Brussel sprouts, red cabbage in orange juice and foie gras stuffed mushroom. 

Dessert-rhubarb Apple crumble with ice cream
