Marseille, France - Ship Departure

All Aboard!  The call is made and with a relief we confirm that we have left no one in our party behind in France.  I go to the high deck on level 16 and position myself to take my departure photographs.

We pull away from the dock.

We clear the protection barrier.  Marseille is in the background and you can see the single skyskraper rising above all of the other buildings.

A boat is starting to lower its sail.  A speedboat makes it home in time for dinner...or happy hour in France timelines.

A nice view of Marseille with its tall skyscraper on the left and the Notre-Dame de la Garde on the right.  Plenty of blue sky and sea surround us as we depart on our journey to the port of Livorno, Italy and my first visit to Florence.
