MS Swiss Ruby - Prague - Welcome to Dinner

The last dinner for the river cruise. I'm holding back the tears. I will need to get much better at cooking since I am used to these meals.

Red beet cheese terrine
Terrine of goat's cheese and roasted red beets.
Served over mixed greens and topped with rum
marinated raisins.




Pumpkin soup with cinnamon croutons


Main Course: Braised Duckling
Duckling leg seasoned and then braised in jus
until fork tender, served with a ginger orange
sauce, accompanied by creamy polenta and
garden vegetables.


Bread and Butter Pudding
served with black forest sauce

  1. Man, they are good at putting out the plates! You go ahead and practice now that you've had your fill of all of this great food! Start posting pictures of the meals you make!
