Prague, Czech - Jewish Quarter Walking Tour (Part 1)

We met in groups (ours was Blue #2) in the hotel lobby to set out on foot for the Jewish Quarter.  The Art Deco Imperial Hotel is a great location for touring the most interesting areas of Prague.  Our tour for today started by heading west on Na Porici (our hotel street) to the large nam Republiky (Republic Square).

If you "need" to shop, a large 200 shop mall is located in Palladium.
We continued on u Obecniho dome...
...past the Hotel Kings Court Prague.  This 5 star hotel is in a historical neo-Renaissance style building that has been transformed from a prestigious seat of the Czech Chamber of Commerce in to a luxury hotel.  The Spa Kings Court is located here.

This is a street view of U Prasne brany with a view of the Powder Tower at the end.
WC (Water closets also known as toilettes) are discretely identified.
If I had read the sign that said "deluxe toilets", I would have stopped in to see what this all means.

Some sidewalk scenes as we walk along streets with names like Kralodvorska, Rybna, Jakubska, and Tyn towards Staromestski namesti (Old Town Square).

Statue in the courtyard in front of a gallery.

The Dubliner restaurant is on Tyn.
